Skype
If traveling to meet Carla just isn’t practical or convenient, then a session can be held over the internet by using Skype or a similar web conferencing tool. You don’t need to buy any software, but you will need a private place you feel free to talk, and a web camera on your personal computer or tablet is helpful. Carla will send you a link you just need to click on it to connect. Apart from the technological bridge, a Skype session is very similar to an in-person session.
Telephone Sessions
